ILCAO’s One-Stop Center hosting Customer Appreciation Day as part of Customer Appreciation Week

The Ironton-Lawrence Community Action Organization (ILCAO) is excited to be participating in Customer Appreciation Week, a celebration of its customers, patients, and clients held each year during the first week of October. As a member of the OhioMeansJobs / America Job Center network, ILCAO’s Lawrence County One-Stop Center invites the community to join them for a special Customer Appreciation Day event on Monday, Oct. 2, from 10AM to 12PM.

During this event, customers, clients, and patients visiting the Lawrence County One-Stop Center will have a chance to win exciting prizes, in addition to receiving complimentary refreshments, fun giveaways, and useful information. This occasion is an opportunity for ILCAO’s One-Stop Center to express appreciation for its community and its clients while sharing information about the free services it provides.

Representatives from ILCAO’s departments will also be present at the event. Attendees will have the chance to discuss free local services with representatives from OhioMeansJobs Lawrence County, Family Medical Centers (FMC), Lawrence County WIC program, Lawrence County Early Childhood Academy (LCECA), and more.

“We are so excited to host this Customer Appreciation Day as part of our dedication to providing outstanding services to the community,” says Jewell Hackworth, Director of ILCAO’s Empowering Services Department and the One-Stop Center, “Our community and our customers are at the heart of what we do, and this day is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to them.”

The Customer Appreciation Day event is free and open to the public. All are encouraged to attend and learn more about the services ILCAO’s One-Stop Center offers to support individuals and families on their journey to success.
