Scope of Work:
Replace existing windows in the building with commercial storefront configurations. All materials must be equal to the list below in all specifications. The below list is just a recommendation and is there to provide guidance for the contractors during the bid process.
We are taking sealed bids on the following work and materials and labor:
Commercial Storefront and Glazing: RCG will supply and install Clear anodized Storefront Framing and 1” OA gray reflective/clear tempered IG
units with vents/egress windows. Demo included.
6 ) openings with 3 windows 89”x 83” in each opening (2 vents and 1 egress per opening) classrooms
6 ) openings in lunch room 82” x 73”
3) openings in kitchen with vents 49” x 35”
2) openings in bathroom with vents 49” x 50”
1) opening beside bathroom with vent 25” x 33”
1) opening leading into bathroom 94” x 49”
