"The times we live in are making history, America is attempting to protect itself while addressing the social problems of the day. The state of our economy is often uncertain. We witness and in some instances experience disasters that make us question many things that we believed in the past. We find ourselves living and working during a time of constant change."

"But for all of life's volatility, our basic challenges at CAO remain the same. It is our purpose to provide assistance to our friends and neighbors. Other organizations may take a different approach, but we remain committed to the people and helping Lawrence County, Ohio move forward."
